Admission Procedure


Step 1

You must complete an application form as the first step of the application process. Once you have decided on the course you wish to study, you can simply complete the application form online or fill it out manually by printing a hard copy and return it to the College, together with -

  • passport-sized photograph
  • filled student agreement form
  • attested photocopies of your passport
  • copies of all or your latest educational qualifications
  • evidence of money to cover course fees and living costs
  • evidence of academic progression (if applicable)
  • copy of English proficiency certificate

Note: Closing date for admission is 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course.

Step 2

Once we have received your application and all supporting documents, the College will then review the application and interview the student. If successful an Offer Letter will be forwarded to the student by email or post. There is no charge to issue an offer letter to the eligible students.

Step 3

In order to accept an offer from the College, overseas students will be required to pay the course fees, as described in the offer letter. Once we receive the course fees, you will be issued a CAS (Confirmations of Acceptance for Studies).
Please note: 75% of the course fees has to be paid at the time of enrolment. 100% of the course fees has to be paid before the start of the second semester.

Step 4

Fees can be paid by bank transfer or bank draft or online payment.

Step 5

Student is requested to inform the College as soon as their visa is granted. Once you have arrived in the UK you will be required to report immediately to the College in order to complete enrolment and all outstanding procedures. Students are warned not to arrive in UK after the start date of the course. Students may, however, still join a course within 4 weeks from the start date for their course, with permission in writing from the college.

Step 6

Please note that registration with the College is separate from the registration with the awarding body. All students are required to register with the awarding body from which they will get the award. Registration fee and/or examination fees with the awarding body is not included in the Course Fees. All information regarding when to register with the awarding body and/or pay examination fees and how much it costs will be available on request from the College Reception.
