CPD Level 4 Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice

Introduction

The Level 4 Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice qualifications aim to improve learners' understanding of theory and practice related to their quality assurance role in education. It will provide the knowledge necessary to work as an effective quality assurance practitioner. The units integrate theoretical and practical knowledge in the education profession while also developing and improving knowledge and skills in effective performance, planning, accountability, and development. Successful completion of this qualification will allow learners to obtain an internal quality assurance position or advance within that position to lead a team of internal quality assurance practitioners. Learners will be able to work in a variety of other positions within education administration and/or management.

Assessment is through practical assignments, with no exams - to more accurately reflect the real working environment.

This qualification sits on our SRF (Self Regulated Framework) and has 17 credits, and accredited by CPD Standards. Entry Requirements

The minimum age to register for this programme is 18. Prospective students should note that the following entrance qualifications are required for those wishing to undertake this programme:

Level 3 (or equivalent) or

Mature applicant with work experience and

IELTS 4.0 or CEFR level B1 (if applicable)
